What are services like?

Our goal is to do all things for the glory of God. If we love God as we should our services will be filled with His presents. We are a church that wants to make all who walk through the doors feel loved and welcome. We believe in singing God honoring hymns and preaching to worship our King Jesus Christ.

- Pastor Andrew Tunney

Deacon Nick Barela:

Karla and I met while studying at Liberty University in 2000.  We were married in 2001 and have been blessed with four beautiful children.  Cole, Sophia, Jack, & Judah.

I own a commercial real estate brokerage in the Cincinnati area.  Karla has a more stressful position as a stay at home mom.  She also spends a lot of time in the church nursery so others can hear the gospel without interruption!

God saved me as a young man.  Using some difficult life circumstances He brought me to the end of myself.  The world seemed dim and pointless because without Him it is.  In that time of despair and desperation I threw myself on the mercy of the Lord Jesus.  He restored my soul and gave me hope and purpose.  I was born again!  Praise God.  John 3:3.

What is that purpose?  To support a local New Testament church.  To be a faithful follower of the Lord Jesus.  To be a faithful husband and father to my children.  To use the little bit of time, money, and knowledge the Lord gave me to declare “His Kingdom is Coming!”

What Do We Teach and preach ?

We teach and preach whole counsel of God according to The  Holy King James Bible. We believe all faith, doctrine and practice is found in the Word of God alone.

She has been involved in youth and college ministry. Her love is in church administration, prayer groups, and discipleship.

The Chadwicks collaborated with the Tunneys in November 2016 to plant a local independent Baptist Church. We are excited to see what God has planned for the people of this community. To God Be the Glory.

The Tunneys started serving the Lord together in the greater Dayton area in 2014. While standing outside of a Kill Mill( Abortion Mill) in Kettering preaching the Gospel Andrew felt the call of God to plant a local independent Baptist Church. We are now relying 100% on God to build His Church in North Dayton on the only Foundation, the Rock, JESUS CHRIST!
